Purpose: To provide clear, step-by-step instructions for creating bundles within Fulcrum. Bundles can be used to group multiple items under a single SKU (when Fulcrum sees a bundle SKU on an inbound order, it adds all the components of the bundle to the sales order) and/or translates a quantity of 1 into a larger quantity (if your order source has a quantity of 1, but 2 (or more) needs to be shipped).

Procedures:
Using Bundles to Group Items
After completing the following steps, the bundle will come through as 1 SKU, but when it gets added to an order in Fulcrum, it will break the order apart into individual SKUs.
1. Log into Fulcrum > Menu > Items > Add Item
2. Under Item Number, select a name (e.g., ”Weekender”) > Under Name you enter the bundle’s full name (e.g., ”Weekender Getaway”) > Under Type choose Bundle
3. Begin clicking Next to skip through all the options until you reach the page where you can Save
4. Once saved, click Bundle within the top menu > From here you can start adding items that comprise the bundle
5. Click the Item box and search for the first item you want to bundle (e.g., Flip Flops) > Click the green “+” box to add > Continue adding other items until your bundle is complete > Save
Adding Bundle(s) to a Sales Order
1. You can add the bundle to a Sales Order by going to the Menu > Orders > Add Sales Order
2. Scroll down to the Item box > Search for the bundle’s name > Click the green “+” box to add
3. You should see all items within the bundle populate below (they will all have the same Line # so you know they are grouped together) > Save
